Return Policy

Easy Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase which is why we offer a 60 day money back return policy.

 

Basic Return Policy

All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition. You will have 60 days from the original purchase date to make your return.

No refunds will be given on WORN merchandise. All refunded merchandise must have original packaging, tags attached and be in resalable condition.

When returning a pair of shoes to us it’s important that you do not use the actual shoe box as the shipping box. Putting labels on the actual shoebox damages it and we will charge you an additional $15 fee for doing so.

For your convenience Sole Desire Shoes has printed out a Return label in case you need to make a return. This label will be with your order so please keep this in the event you will need to return your purchase. A $7.00 flat fee will be deducted from your return if the label is used.

If you use another shipping method please ensure that they are insured and trackable. Please send all returns to:

For your convenience we will allow for exchanges at any Sole Desire Shoes location. 

 

Returns Easy as 1, 2, 3

  1.  Include a copy of your Purchase Order receipt.

  2.  Put the preprinted Return Label to the outside of a Shipping Box (Do NOT put label on the actual shoe box).

  3.  Drop off your package to any UPS drop off location.

We process most returns within one week of receiving return shipments. After your refund has been processed it can take your bank 7-10 business days to post the credit to your account.

 

Damages, Defects or Incorrect Items:

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise so if there is ever any manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent to you please contact us directly with any questions or concerns so we can ensure you are happy with you purchase and facilitate you on shipping something back to us.
